- 亀泉
- This sake is based on the concept of being delicious, fun, and interesting.
It has a scent reminiscent of apples and pineapples, and a taste similar to white wine.

- 鍋島
- It has a delicate yet powerful taste that allows you to fully experience the umami of the rice.
A slight bitterness can also be felt afterward.

- 飛鸞 神楽
KAGURA - A refreshing acidity created by using white koji is the core of this sake.
The bitterness that spreads after the fruity taste is unique and leaves a lasting impression.

Hot or cold
We also offer hot sake, which is sake heated to about 50℃ (122°F).
The same brand has a different taste depending on whether it is served hot or cold.
